Water Conservation Notice: Help Maintain System Pressure
Dear Customers,
Due to ongoing hot, dry weather, regional water demand is exceptionally high. Because Lakeland Estates Water Company receives its supply through the Washington County Rural Water System (managed by the Papio-Missouri River NRD), which draws from the City of Blair, our local line pressure drops significantly when regional usage spikes.
Lawn Watering Schedule:
Odd Addresses (Ending in 1, 3, 5, 7, 9): Wednesday, Friday & Sunday
Even Addresses (Ending in 0, 2, 4, 6, 8): Tuesday, Thursday * Saturday
Mondays: NO OUTDOOR WATERING. This allows regional infrastructure to recover.
Pressure Saving Tips:
Off-Peak Times: Irrigate before 6:00 AM or after 8:00 PM to minimize daytime drops.
Check Leaks: Ensure hoses and irrigation systems have tight seals.
