Billing Cycle:

Water meters are read on or near the last day of the month and bills are typically mailed (or emailed) by the 5th of each month.  Therefore, bills cover usage for the immediate past month.  Your payments should be post-marked on or before the 20^th of the month due to avoid the late penalty assessment of 10%.

You may visit our website (www.lewco.org) to enroll in eBill and ePay.  (The recommended browser is Google Chrome.) This will enable you to receive your bill via email and pay online.  Once registered, a paper bill will no longer be mailed as bills can be viewed and/or payments can be made by clicking on the Billing-Payment tab of our website and then “View/Pay eBills”.
